Tony Painting British ex-pat Guitarist/Vocalist who’s played with/supported some of UK’s best known artist including UB40, Ozzy Osbourne (Black Sabbath), Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), Graham Bell (Thin Lizzy), Jools Holland Big Band, Ruby Turner, The Groundhogs, Budgie as well as New Zealand’s own Hamond Gamble, The Feelers, Jordan Luck has taken time out from playing with “The Stevie Ray Vaughan Tribute Show” to get back to his roots with his new band “The Crazy O’L Boy Blues Band” playing original songs off his UK CD “The Band of Gypsys” & NZ EP CD “Get it off Ya Chest” also many Blues Rock classics
New band but same old blistering guitar style echoing Tony’s early influences: Jeff Beck, Ritchie Blackmore, Rory Gallagher, Gary Moore, Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower, Albert King, SRV, Albert Collins & Johnny Winter.
